CONTSTRUCTION DISBURSEMENT / DEVELOPMENT DISBURSEMENT

Bookkeeping (Disbursement report reflects all debits and credits)
Lien Endorsement on each check (no need for additional lien waiver)
Disclosure of Subcontractors providing service
Same day service (if request for disbursement is made prior to 3pm, the will be available for pickup or placed in the mail by 5pm the same day

DEED DISBURSEMENT

Must be within a plated subdivision
An Owner's Policy is not required (base commitment is provided)
Instructions and Warranty Deeds are pre-signed and held in safekeeping in the base file (Developer only has to sign once)
Closing statements e-mailed for your review and approval
Proceeds can be deposited directly into your account or delivered to your office, partial releases sent directly to your lender
