There’s no need to wait for new refinance rates. Pioneer Title Company has begun offering new refinance rates available to all of our valuable clients. As always, check with your escrow officer to examine your cost savings with refi rates versus reissue credits because each transaction is unique – we’ll make sure we help you make the best choice. We're happy to deliver more options for each of your transactions. As always, you can expect the same outstanding service you've come to expect from your PTC team.

Effective December 15, 2010 Pioneer Title will adopt new refi escrow rates as follows:

| Min. Negotiable Rate: | $550.00 |
| Min. Rate | $100.00 |
Transactions before this date will not be affected; as always, please contact your escrow officer if you have questions. These rates apply only to improved 1-4 family residential properties.
