[Boise] Land Development & Valuation (E0687)• 16 Credits

Students will participate in land valuation analysis, development valuation for a profitable subdivision, Green and sustainable development and site selection. The course material provides a hands on approach in the design, cost, expense and logistics of development. Upon completion of the course students will be familiar with: methods of establishing market value from a cost to market approach, analyzing the feasibility of a site for development, legal descriptions, the process of development, identifying highest and best use, and implications of easements.
