[Boise] Mastering Land Development Valuation (E1307) • 6 Credits

An advanced curriculum in land development valuation structured to introduce methodologies in identifying residual land value, development construction cost for city lots, and acreage subdivisions. An in-depth discussion of the development process is facilitated to familiarize the student with relevant questions to consider prior to pricing vacant land. There are 6 case studies of actual subdivisions under development to give the student a hands on experience of the process. A computer with Excel is required for this course.
