[Fruitland] Drone Photography & Videography for Idaho Real Estate (E3139) • 2 Credits

This course provides real estate professionals with practical knowledge to effectively and responsibly use drone photography in Idaho’s real estate market. Participants will learn how to evaluate and hire FAA Part 107-certified drone operators, understand airspace restrictions and legal requirements, prepare properties and sellers for aerial shoots, and use drone media across MLS and digital marketing platforms.

The course also addresses professional accountability, including FAA compliance, pilot verification, insurance considerations, neighbor privacy, HOA restrictions, tenant rights, and the NAR Code of Ethics obligation to accurately represent property features. Through real-world applications, agents will gain the skills to incorporate drone photography into their daily listing practices while protecting clients, reducing liability, and maintaining ethical and professional standards.
